My Grandparents in the 1920's
This is a fun family picture I found from the 1920’s. It was probably taken at the family farm near Cardington, Ohio. That’s my grandfather Frank McClenathan (third from the left) and my grandmother Stella (fifth in the line) with my grandfather’s siblings. All of the ladies are dressed as men, and the men as ladies. For such a silly activity, why are there no smiles? Ha ha. It’s a good thing someone has written the names over the persons, or we descendants would be hard pressed to figure out who was who! What a cruel joke that would be!
