With Wayne and Stacy in Austin

It's high time I get caught up on my blog. We've been busy the last few weeks. One weekend we spent with Wayne and Stacy in Austin. It is always a pleasure to visit them. We like to see their latest "projects." This time they had just updated their kitchen ceiling, which involved removing the textured finish, painting and installing a new light fixture. We always take Niblet a little something, so we got to see her excitement over a new toy. I got to play some Scrabble with Stacy while the guys watched the Texas/OU football game on television. We ate supper at a great Mexican place, attended church at a great church (Hill Country Bible Church), and went to the State History Museum to see a great IMAX movie. The movie was an African safari that let us feel up close and personal with elephants, hippos and lions! Just hanging out with Wayne and Stacy at their house is a treat for us, but all the other activities were icing on our cake!
