The Nativity in Light of the Cross

Here is the scene in our front yard. Today Walter is taking it down and packing it away for another year. We like to display it Christmas season as a reminder of the meaning of the holiday. The birth of Jesus Christ must always be viewed in the shadow of the cross. Jesus' birth was significant because it made possible his sacrificial death on the cross and his resurrection. Because of Him we have real life! YES!
