This is a delightful book for children. It was a Valentines Day present from Walter, the best gift-giver I know! I read the story to my senior friends, and they enjoyed it too. It is about these hens who are scared of everything--the wolf who comes around the chicken coop, the cows in the pasture, the deep ditch,...until one day they become very brave chickens!
