Bumper Sticker

I just saw this bumper sticker: "Jesus For Life." At first I thought, ahh, yes, I will love Jesus and serve Him for all the rest of my life--I'm in this for life, for the long haul! Then I thought, maybe this means Jesus is pro-life, as against abortion. Yes! Then I thought, perhaps it means that Jesus gives us real, abundant life. Choose that kind of life. Jesus said, "I came so they can have real and eternal life, more and better life than they ever dreamed of" (John 10:10 The Message). YES! Well, however you take it, it's good to think on.

Next time you are mindlessly driving or stalled in heavy traffic, and you notice a bumper sticker, check it out and ponder it--is it the truth? What does it mean? Maybe it has something to say to you at that point in time.
